Booking Information
We go through the same booking process with every customer to ensure 100% satisfaction for both the client and the band. Please contact our management for rates and availability. Here is a brief summary of our booking process.
Please try to know the date, time and location of your event prior to booking. The band regularly plays multiple gigs on a given day and they try their hardest to not turn down gigs. Once you have determined the logistics of your event, please call our manager at 480-217-6861 or email her either directly at booking@natewilliamsband.com or via our Contact Page.
Upon contacting management, you will receive an email confirmation which includes the contract which must be signed and returned with the deposit within 10 days to secure the booking of your event. We use contracts on all gigs to protect both the client and the band.
Space and power are often overlooked when booking bands for private events. As a solo, Nate needs minimal room for setup (8'x 4'). However, the trio needs roughly a 10'x10' space and the full 5 pc band requires roughly 15'x 10'. Power requirements for solo / trio are generally 1 20-Amp Outlet. For the Full Band / Pa / Lights - a Minimum of TWO 20-Amp Circuits is required. Be sure there are no fans or dimmer switches on the circuits to prevent buzzing in the speakers.
Another big thing to take into consideration is the sound / lighting requirements for your chosen venue. The band will typically provide their own sound, and for larger shows and events, a pro light show can be added for an affordable fee.
The Nate Williams Band will always try their hardest to fulfill your music needs for your event. From wedding ceremonies to birthday parties, corporate events - if you have a special song (up to 3 per event) that you would like the band to play that they don't currently know - they would be happy to add it to their setlist for your event. Also, we all have that relative that loves to sing karokee or plays guitar and embarass everyone... we are more than happy to oblidge if approved or requested by the person paying the bill! A lot of people request to have their own ipod for break music, cocktail hours, etc which is no problem. We also have extra microphones we can bring for speeches, presentations or whatever the case may be.
That's right... get a pro audio recording of the band playing at your event for your enjoyment! May it be your special wedding day or just for good times - get years of enjoyment out of having the NWB at your party or event by getting the Live Recording. Available as CD's or Mp3 Downloads. Extra costs / fees apply for live recordings.
